James C. Czirr, is Executive Vice President of Business Development for Pro-Pharmaceuticals and a member of its Board of Directors. Mr. Czirr participated in several mergers and acquisitions that resulted in private companies becoming publicly traded, including SafeScience, Inc (NASDAQ:SAFS) as well as Pro-Pharmaceuticals.
He is directly responsible for raising millions of dollars for many of the companies he has been involved with, and has developed extensive business relationships with Investment Banks and Brokerage firms through-out the United States. He was a founder of RCL Northwest, a regional brokerage firm in Spokane, Washington and President of Extol Energy Corporation. He is a 1976 graduate of the University of Michigan and played football under coach Bo Schembechler. In 1975 he was unanimously selected by all the Big 10 Coaches as the All Conference Center. Currently he serves on the Board of Directors of NACO Industries.
