OUR MARKET
It is anticipated that as the population continues to age, cancer treatment will likely become the single largest health care expenditure in the United States and other industrialized nations. Overall, the annual cost for cancer in the United States is estimated at $107 billion, which includes $37 billion for direct medical cost.
The world market for cancer therapeutics was $11.7 billion in 1997 and was expected to reach $14.7 billion by the end of 2000. The United States represents 47% of the worldwide anticancer drug market. Every pharmaceutical company that manufactures and sells chemotherapy drugs is valued at over 1 billion USD.
Our objective is to build a novel chemo-prevention product platform for large numbers of important but previously difficult drug therapies, obtain Fast Track FDA Approval Designations for our upgraded oncology compounds, and negotiate license agreements with respective pharmaceutical companies with regards to the manufacturing and marketing of the upgraded drugs.
